We provide warranty solution for all batteries. Our battery warranty includes the following privileges, if used correctly according to the manual :
- We will assist in analyzing the customer's problem within 24 hours, help solve the problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the best use method.
- lf the problem cannot be resolved, we will send a new battery to replace the defective battery. And the defective battery needs to be returned to our US warehouse, and inspected and tested by our technical team.

Unwissenheit den Bluetooth Namen und das Passwort verstellt - aber der wirklich nette und superschnelle Service-Chat hat mir geholfen :-) Ich bin bis jetzt sehr glücklich mit dem 300 Ah Bluetooth Akku.
Die Fa. Vatrer hat sogar ich in Deutschland ein eigenes Auslieferungslager.
Ich kann die Batterie nur jedem empfehlen - sehr gute Qualität zum sehr guten Preis.
Auch in den gängigen Camperforen und in Youtube werden Akkus der Marke Vatrer durchaus gelobt. Ich hoffe die marke verbreitet sich noch weiter in Europa.
