Shipping Cost

I ordered a 72V battery and was very pleased with the product. After 1 year, a replacement charger was needed but was unavailable on Amazon or other dealers. I called the contact number from the website (expecting the worst) and spoke with Missy. She listened to my problem and proposed a very understandable/ reasonable replacement fee for the charger and waited on the line for my order confirmation to come through. Couldn’t be happier with Vatrer customer service!

Unfortunately my battery when bad on me, DUE TO MY ERROR. Customer service at Vatrer Power was so helpful. The warrenty was not covered because of my worng doing, but they offered me a “Special Warrenty Condition”. I agreed to it and my battery was replaced at reasonable cost. The service was excellent, I dealt with Joseph (mainly) and Niki, professional and helpful they were! Thank you Joseph!

Everything about the service in the battery was great. I love the free shipping here. I called the company when I wrongly ordered the wrong size and it was corrected right away. The only problem is when I called a woman told me I would need a voltage converter, after installing the battery, battery was great. I love the free shipping here. The only problem is when I called your representative told me I would need a voltage converter, after installing the battery I realize I did not need this so I returned it but I was charged the shipping for the return. I would not have bought it, but it was recommended by your representative, I felt the shipping should’ve been on you.

The cost to return the battery was fine. I was hoping to have no cost, but $25 was reasonable.
