1. Order & Pricing
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 20 units/order (non-splittable).
Tiered Pricing:
20–50 units: 8% discount off website price/unit
51–100 units: 10% discount off website price/unit
100+ units: Contact leon@vatrerpower.com for customized quotes
Price Terms: Website prices are EXW (local warehouse). Exclude tariffs/international shipping fees (if shipped directly from China).
Note: The seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or other force majeure factors (such as changes in tariff policies). If the price adjustment exceeds 5% of the total order amount, the buyer may cancel the order within 3 working days of receiving notice (provided production has not yet started).
2. Payment
1) Full Prepayment: Only via PayPal/Visa (no credit terms).
2) Currency: USD (exchange rate locked at payment date).
3) Invoice: E-invoice auto-generated upon payment. Paper invoices are available upon request (may incur fees).
Note: Orders are only held in the production/shipping queue for 72 hours. If full payment is not received within 72 hours, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order or adjust the price.
3. Delivery & Logistics
1) In-Stock Orders: 7–10 business days (shipped from local warehouse).
2) Made-to-Order: 30 business days (shipped from China, marked as "Manufacturing Lead Time").
3) Shipping Risk:
Local warehouse: Buyer bears freight costs and transit risks (insurance recommended).
China direct: Default DAP (Delivered at Place) – buyer is responsible for import duties.
Note: Delays caused by the buyer’s failure to provide customs clearance documents (such as import licenses or tax identification numbers) in a timely manner shall not be counted as the seller’s responsibility. For each day of delay, the buyer shall pay a storage fee equal to 0.5% of the order amount (up to a maximum of 10%).
4. Warranty & Returns
1) Manufacturing Defects:
Free repair/replacement within 2 years (requires third-party inspection report).
Returns must request an RMA number within 15 days of delivery.
2) Non-Defective Returns:
Within warranty period: 30% restocking fee (e.g., $1000 purchase amount, after deducted 30% restock fee, partial refund $700).
Out-of-warranty: Not supported (OOW service fees apply).
Note: Warranty service requires the following:
① Original proof of purchase;
② Photo of the product serial number with the product unopened;
③ Third-party inspection report designated by the seller (fees to be prepaid by the buyer).
5. Additional Terms
1) Order Cancellation: Non-refundable after production starts (24 hours post-payment).
2) Compliance: Buyer must ensure batteries meet local regulations (e.g., UL, CE).
3) Dispute Resolution: Governed by Chinese law; arbitration via Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
6. Risk Mitigation Addendums
1) Delivery Delays:
"Lead times may extend due to force majeure (e.g., material shortages). Seller will notify buyers in writing within 48 hours."
2) PayPal Disputes:
"A $500 penalty fee applies if PayPal resolves a dispute in seller’s favor."
Note: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the security of their account (such as PayPal). In the event of unauthorized payment disputes caused by account theft, the buyer is still obligated to fulfill the payment.
7. Warranty Exclusions
"Warranty voids if: misused (per manual), tampered with, or damaged by natural disasters."
8. Product Uniqueness Clause
The buyer shall not reverse engineer, copy, or transfer the seller’s product designs. Any breach shall result in compensation of 200% of the total order amount, and the breaching party shall bear legal fees.
The seller shall not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from product use (such as towing fees or loss of profits). The maximum liability of the seller shall not exceed the order amount.
The seller shall not be liable for breach of contract in the event of delays or termination caused by, but not limited to, pandemics, wars, cyberattacks, or government regulations.
