Nice battery. Disappointed I could not buy it without the display and power supply. I already had those items. Way too early to comment on performance but I can say, for the moment, it works, and it fit fine in my 2002 club car DS.
So I upgraded my 48 volt 2006 Club Car DS a few years ago with a Navitas motor and controller. I have been waiting for my lead batteries to need replacing so I could go lithium. I upgraded to a 72 volt and what a difference. The install was a piece of cake and the cart is scary fast. With the lead batteries top speed was around 32 now it’s at least 45. Very pleased with the battery and all the components so far. Only which it had a remote on off switch for the battery so I wouldn’t have to lift the seat up every time.
This summer I used this Vatrer 5000W Inverter/Charge Controller paired with a 51.2V Vatrer LIFePO4 Battery along with 1240w of Solar Input only. I could run my RV AC unit along with my electric pressure washer at my campsite. Only thing that would be nice if there were more configurable options like limiting State of Charge to 80% for short durations and allow for multiple Bluetooth connections at once.
So far, this battery is great. It is replacing a bank of four 105Ah LiFePo4 batteries so it gives me more reserve power. It weighs 15 lbs. more than the bank did, maybe less considering the elimination of extra cables it took for the bank. One downside is it only does 300 amps max momentary output, where my former battery bank could output up to 600 amps for surge power. We will need to be diligent about asking for more power at a moment.
Oh wow, y'all. I am by no means a mechanic and i did this with my basic tools and gemini AI to help with questions. I embarked on this earlier today and I would say its like a 2-3 hour job and the hardest part actually is getting the old batteries out. I had to have a friend help me lift the fuckers. We put rope under them and yanked the super heavy bastards out of there, all 6 of them.
Then to my surprise the chassis basically of my cart at least (a tracker ev) supports this battery size out of the box. I had to shave 1/8th inch off the bottom mount bracket with an angle grinder but after that the fit was super tight. I bolted it down with 4 screws on its base. Zero need to put back any of the metal framing stuff that is now in a pile and trash (see pics)
Everything else was super plain sailing! I had to extend the - terminal wires to reach - no biggie - and it was super easy to route the new display through to my dash.
The charger i wired to my old charger cable and handle and it works just fine that way. So I am back in business.
In terms of performance OH.MY.GOD. The cart is way lighter and you can really feel it. It seems to go way faster (could be that my prior batteries were nearing EOL and they likely were) but i am not letting my kids near this cart ... its pretty scary to drive myself in fact. Way more responsive and quick.
The app very easy to setup, not that I think you need it with the display so easy to wire and mount.
Hope the photos are useful and informative.
Battery is a solid performer. I was able to re use my inverter otherwise additional wiring would have been needed. I connected everything and was able to keep my charger under the seat with ventilation holes in the old battery tray. I adapted a new plug for charging.
I ordered 4 of 48V 100A with rack. It was quite heavy easy to install and had the casters. It’s been a week since complete installation. Also all new settings with inverter and chargers so far so good but my batteries haven’t been fully charged so I have to wait another week. Highly recommended this LifePO4 battery rack
Love it!! I have nothing but great things to say about the Vatrer 48v 105ah club car conversion kit. This is a turnkey kit, everything you need to get the job done. All the components of the kit are of great quality, I was definitely impressed and was very pleased. I had watched a YouTube video of this exact kit being installed in a club car golf cart, The instructions that came with the kit were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Each component was easy to install and fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone that is thinking about getting rid of those heavy lead acid batteries and going lithium. My golf cart is easily 250 pounds lighter. It pulls very well going up hills and I can now go over two weeks without having to recharge the battery. I use both the LED screen and the Vatrer app on my phone to monitor battery condition. this kit is top-notch by with confidence.
Feature loaded for the price, impressed with the Bluetooth app, simple but 100% . Check put this YouTube, a comparison between a lot of 300 amp hour batteries. See which one comes out on top.

Very pleased with the 150ah battery! Significantly increased my golfcart’s speed and range
The perfect upgrade from factory lead acid batteries. Beautifully designed. I love the built in screw attachment points for mounting. Only wished I had ordered two. After receiving mine they immediately went out of stock. Must have been a huge success.
The battery is great. I took out 6 100ah AGM's and at this point replaced with one 460ah. The battery itself fit nicely in the space taking up about 2 1/2 of the spaces. I powers my coach perfectly. I will probably add a second but getting all the settings right first on the chargers.
I have now installed 3 of these batteries in golf carts (one was the 36v) and have been impressed each time. Install is standard to others as it always comes down to how to fit.
I wish the connector at the end of the display cable was a bit smaller so a large hole was not needed but other than that this set up goes in great and performs well!
I will be doing one more cart in the near future and will be staying with this brand once again.
This battery was an additional one to the two I purchased back in September to add to my 5 wheel for my solar system, the bluetooth is a plus on this one, so they have been great, I would highly recommend
If you have installed car stereos you can definitely install this unit. I had a center divider in my Club Car which I had to move but there are videos on how to do it. I did drill through the floor and used some fender washers with long bolts to hold the battery down. The charger I used 1/2” coarse thread self tapping bolts. To move the circuit board plate under the drivers seat, I did this due to weight if I was riding alone, I got some 1/2” or so aluminum angle iron with double sided 3M tape to hold it in and then used the same self tapping bolts to hold that upright. I then had to trim off some plastic on the cover but it looks clean. Just enough space on the other side to put charger. I didn’t get the port so I just use a bungee to hold seat up while charging. After 9 holes on a full charge, battery is usually around 85-88% and I usually do 3 9 hole rounds before plugging in again. I also have a bypass on there too so my cart goes faster than normal. You can tell this thing takes out a lot of weight compared to the 4 other batteries. It sat all winter without charging in and I don’t think it lost that much juice. It’s like a huge drill battery. I did buy it in 25 so I wanted to give it some time to see since it was such a large purchase but it was pretty easy to install. I took my time and watched a lot of videos online on how to do it. Bypassing the chip is probably the craziest thing cause you’re cutting a piece right out of the system. Make sure to leave yourself a lot of room on the wires that you’re keeping in place. I did have to buy some wire to move the RUN/TOW switch since I moved the middle divider. I hope this review helps and sorry to the UPS driver that had to handle the box cause this thing is a beast. I just had him drop it off in the middle of the driveway lol. Wish I woulda had him back up to my other garage. Good Luck yall!!!
This battery is very nice. Very high build quality. All cells within .002 of each other! I am so impressed with this battery that I immediately bought a second one.
Swapping out my old underpowered inverter, with a Vatrer and pairing it with my new Vatrer battery was seamless and easier than I'd imagined. I am looking forward to years of dependable power for my van. This upgrade to a 3000amp inverter is part of myupgraded off grid power supply, and so far I am totally impressed. Hot water, Coffee, no problem! Even my ac has plenty of juice! 5 Star all the way!
Replacing the two 88 Amp Hr wet batteries with the one Vatrer 460 Amp hr was simple (aside from the weight). The Vatrer fits better in the front compartment of my RV, so it frees up some space and allowed some shortening on cables. It charged from 50% to 100% in about 6 hrs with just to 330Watt solar panels and has been working flawlessly since the install.
The batteries were delivered on time. They work properly. The sizes were accurate. I received them in April in MN so ... ya, it was able to still solar charge under freezing temps. Very Happy
