  • Warranty coverage begins from the original purchase date.
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with the golf cart or battery.
  • Valid proof of purchase from an authorized Vatrer sales channel is required.
  • Improper installation, incorrect wiring, incompatible chargers or equipment, unauthorized modification, physical damage, or use outside specified operating limits is excluded.
  • Charging, storage, and operating conditions must follow the requirements specified for the applicable golf cart battery.
  • Warranty service is subject to technical inspection and applicable warranty terms.
Returns, Replacements & Repairs
f your golf cart battery has a product quality issue, contact Vatrer customer support before returning it. Provide your order number or valid proof of purchase, product serial number, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Product Quality Issue Within 24 months Vatrer covers approved return shipping. No exchange or restocking fee applies.
24-120 months Customer covers one-way return shipping. Depreciation and any applicable product price difference may apply.
Return for Personal Reasons Within 1 month Customer covers return shipping and a 10%–15% restocking fee.
More than 1 month and up to 3 months Customer covers return shipping and a 10%–15% restocking fee. Customer may arrange shipping or use a Vatrer prepaid return label.
More than 3 months Personal-reason returns are not accepted. Eligible product quality issues may still qualify for warranty service.
No Product Defect Found After Inspection Within applicable return or warranty period Customer covers round-trip shipping and any applicable inspection or restocking fee.

Depreciation Fee Calculation
  • Monthly Depreciation Fee = Original Product Purchase Price ÷ 120 Months
  • Total Depreciation = Monthly Depreciation Fee × Months Since Purchase
  • Exchange Fee = Current Product Sale Price − (Original Product Purchase Price − Total Depreciation) + One-Way Return Shipping
Returns and Processing
All returns require prior authorization from Vatrer. Golf cart batteries must be returned to the approved Vatrer warehouse according to the provided lithium battery shipping instructions. Repair, replacement, refund, or other eligible resolution will be processed after the returned battery has been received and inspected.
Applicable shipping charges, prepaid label costs, missing or damaged components, and restocking fees may be deducted from the refund. If an order is forwarded outside its original delivery region after delivery, the customer is responsible for additional return transportation costs.
