Yes, our BMS has a low temperature protection cut-off function. It can protect the battery from low temperature damage and extend the battery life. The low temp cut off protection for charging is set at 0°C ± 4°C (32°F ± 7.2°F), and for discharging, it is set at -20°C ± 4°C (-4°F ± 7.2°F).
We recommend using a lithium iron phosphate 16-string (58.4V) charger to charge the battery. However, you also have two alternative options:
Scheme 2: You can use photovoltaic solar panels with an MPPT charge controller to charge the battery.
Scheme 3: You can use an inverter with a built-in AC to DC charging function to charge the battery pack.
A BMS (Battery Management System) is a critical component in lithium-ion batteries. It performs various functions, including:
Shutting off the battery in case of low or high voltage, low or high temperatures, or a short circuit to protect the cells and user from unsafe conditions.

Yes, our LiFePO4 batteries are safe. They are manufactured using Automotive Grade LiFePO4 Cells, which offer higher energy density, no memory effect, more stable performance, and greater power output. The stable Lithium Iron Phosphate chemical structure ensures that the batteries do not burn or explode even at high temperatures, short circuits, impacts, or drops.
Our batteries have the highest level of safety based on UL Testing Certificate for the cells inside the battery. They do not contain any heavy metals or rare metals, making them environmentally friendly.
All our products' lithium batteries have a unique built-in Battery Management System (BMS) that protects them from overcharge, deep discharge, overload, overheating, short circuit, and low self-discharge rate. The BMS also has a high-temperature disconnect function to safeguard the battery by automatically disconnecting it when the internal temperature reaches 75°C (167°F).
We apologize, but our battery cannot be used to jump-start a vehicle. However, it can be used as a power supply for automobiles. You can recharge your car using a Jackery power supply cord, which is available for purchase separately.

The 48V lithium battery package does not include a charger. Therefore, you will need to purchase a suitable charger separately. Here are some charging methods and recommendations for your battery pack:
Battery Charger:
Scheme 1: Use a lithium iron phosphate 16-string (58.4V) charger to charge the battery pack.
Scheme 2: Utilize photovoltaic solar panels to charge the battery through MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking).
