The Vatrer 12V 100Ah self-heating lithium battery delivers 1,280Wh of energy and up to 1,280W of continuous output for RV appliances, marine electronics, trolling motors, and off-grid equipment. Grade-A LiFePO4 cells provide steady deep-cycle power without the watering, acid checks, or routine upkeep required by lead-acid batteries.

Lighter Installs Start Here
At about 24 lbs, this lightweight lithium battery is easier to lift into an RV compartment, boat hatch, or portable power setup. Its compact 12.95 × 6.77 × 8.42-inch footprint gives you 100Ah of capacity without taking over your available storage space.

Cold Charging Made Simple
This heated lithium battery uses charger-activated self-heating to support safer charging in freezing conditions. When connected to a compatible lithium charger, the heating system activates if the internal temperature is below 32°F, stops at 41°F, and then allows normal charging to resume.

Protection That Works Every Cycle
A built-in 100A BMS helps this 12V 100Ah deep cycle lithium battery handle everyday charging and discharging with greater confidence. It protects against overcharging, over-discharging, over-current, short circuits, and extreme temperatures, including automatic discharge cutoff below -4°F. Cell balancing and 5,000+ cycles at 100% DOD support reliable long-term use.

Your Battery Status at a Glance
Bluetooth 5.0 lets you check this 12V 100Ah lithium battery through the Vatrer app without opening a tight storage compartment. You can view state of charge, voltage, current, power, temperature, remaining capacity, and operating status in real time.

Grow Your System Over Time
Start with one Vatrer 12V 100Ah self-heating lithium battery, then expand as your appliances, inverter, or solar setup grows. Up to four batteries can be connected in series and four in parallel, supporting a 51.2V 400Ah system with as much as 20.48kWh of stored energy.

Charge Around Your Schedule

FAQs
Yes. Your RV house system must be 12V, and the converter or solar controller should use a LiFePO4 charging profile between 14.2V and 14.6V. Turn off lead-acid equalization and desulfation modes, and use cables and a main fuse rated for up to 100A of continuous current.
Yes. Use a lithium-compatible 20A–40A DC-to-DC charger instead of connecting the battery directly to a standard alternator circuit. It regulates voltage and current for the Vatrer 12V 100Ah self-heating lithium battery while helping prevent excessive alternator load.
No. The heater uses incoming charging power and stays off when no charger is supplying current. It needs more than 10A to heat the battery below 32°F. Once the internal temperature reaches 41°F, the current switches from heating to normal charging. Winter solar output below 10A may not activate the heater.
Not at full output. The battery supports a maximum continuous load of 1,280W, and inverter losses plus appliance startup surges reduce the available headroom. A 1,000W continuous inverter is a more comfortable match for this 12V 100Ah lithium battery.
For AC equipment, estimate runtime with 1,280Wh × 0.85 ÷ average load watts. That works out to about 18 hours at 60W, 3.6 hours at 300W, or 1.1 hours at 1,000W. Use the appliance’s average draw rather than its short startup peak.
Yes, when the motor’s maximum current stays below the battery’s 100A continuous discharge limit. A typical 50–55 lb thrust Minn Kota motor draws up to about 50A, giving roughly 2 hours at continuous full power from 100Ah. Lower speeds can extend runtime significantly.
No. When building a series or parallel battery bank, use Vatrer batteries with the same model, voltage, capacity, BMS specifications, and similar age. Fully charge each battery separately and make sure their voltages are closely matched before connecting them. Never combine LiFePO4 and lead-acid batteries in the same system.
Disconnect the Vatrer 12V 100Ah self-heating lithium battery from all loads and chargers, clean and cover the terminals, and keep it in a dry, ventilated space away from direct sunlight. Store it at 30%–50% SOC, between 32°F and 77°F, with relative humidity at or below 60%. For 1–3 months of storage, check the battery monthly and recharge it to 50% if the SOC drops below 30%; for longer storage, repeat the check every 2–3 months and inspect the case and terminals for swelling, leakage, corrosion, or loose connections. Never store the battery below 14°F, above 104°F, or while it shows physical damage or unusual heat.
Keep the battery below 122°F while charging and below 140°F while discharging. An enclosed battery bay can become hotter than the outside air, so leave airflow around the case and avoid placing it beside an inverter, engine compartment, exhaust duct, or other heat source.
Its IP65 case protects against dust and water jets, making it suitable for a covered boat hatch or protected marine battery compartment. It is not designed for immersion, so keep the terminals above standing water and away from direct seawater exposure.
