Warranty Commitment

This Limited Warranty begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser of an eligible Vatrer product purchased through an authorized sales channel.
The warranty covers significant defects in materials, workmanship, or product performance under normal use and service conditions. After the issue has been verified by Vatrer technical support, Vatrer may:

Repair the defective product.

Replace

Replace it with a new or refurbished product with equal or greater rated power and compatible specifications.

Refund

Provide an eligible refund when repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To receive warranty service, customers must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase from an authorized Vatrer sales channel.
Products purchased second-hand, through an unauthorized seller, or from an unverifiable source are not eligible for warranty coverage. Warranty rights do not transfer with the product, even when the original order information is available.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or performance issues caused or contributed to by any of the following:
  • Failure to securely mount or restrain the battery.
  • Improper installation, use, maintenance, or service.
  • Loose terminal connections, reverse polarity, or incorrect wiring.
  • Corroded terminals, poor cable crimps, or undersized cables.
  • Series or parallel connections that exceed the limits stated in the applicable product manual.
  • Use with incompatible equipment or damage caused by the failure of a third-party product.
  • Fire, water submersion, collision, impact, dropping, or other physical damage.
  • Operation or storage outside the temperature limits stated in the applicable product manual.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or environmental exposure.
  • Storing the battery in a fully discharged state.
  • Failure to charge or maintain the battery during extended storage as required by the product manual.
  • Leaving the battery uncharged for more than one year.
  • Charging or discharging outside the voltage, current, or temperature limits specified for the product.
  • Opening, modifying, disassembling, repairing, or tampering with the battery without written authorization from Vatrer.
  • Removing, altering, or damaging the product serial number or identification label.
  • Installing unauthorized internal components or making changes to the original product design.
  • Commercial use, high-frequency cycling, or repeated deep discharge that exceeds the rated duty cycle, depth-of-discharge limits, or operating requirements stated for the specific product.
