Our Commitment to You Warranty Coverage Remedy Warranty Void Conditions
VatrerPower is dedicated to pioneering innovation and delivering breakthrough solutions for a sustainable future. To demonstrate our confidence in product quality, we are pleased to offer a warranty on all VatrerPower products.
This warranty becomes effective upon the date of purchase by the original buyer. It covers significant defects in materials, workmanship, or performance under normal use and service conditions.
If any VatrerPower product fails to meet the quality standards outlined in this Limited Warranty (as determined by our Technical Support Team), we will, at our discretion:
1. Repair the defective product, or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater rated power and compatibility.
2. In rare cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued. Note that this is a Limited Warranty; certain items may incur prorated replacement fees (see attached schedule for details).
This warranty does not apply if the product is:
Disassembled, improperly installed, or operated contrary to instructions.

Shipping Responsibilities Returns Process
If the original order was delivered to the contiguous U.S. but later reshipped by the buyer to a U.S. territory or internationally, the buyer bears all additional return shipping costs. (Shipping from EU countries to Germany, Canada and Japan all have corresponding local warehouses)
VatrerPower is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If tracking confirms delivery but the item is missing, follow the carrier’s dispute process. For assistance, contact our team.
Products must be returned to a VatrerPower warehouse for inspection by our Technical Support Team before refunds, replacements, or discounts are issued.

Return Shipping Fee / 1. No charge for return on the buyer's own and provide the tracking number; 2. Charges based on quotes supplied by VatrerPower's logistics carriers when the buyer uses the pre-paid return shipping label.
Note: Ensure that the complete package is returned (including the original box, product, all accessories, and documents contained in the package). If any items are damaged or missing, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting loss.
Returns, Replacements, Repairs
For any defective product under warranty, please contact our customer support team at brand@vatrerpower.com. Be sure to include the following information: Your order number or valid proof of purchase, the product serial number, photos or videos clearly showing the defect. Our team will assist with troubleshooting and, if eligible, arrange a repair (if the unit is not repairable) or a return.
If a defective product under warranty needs to be shipped to us for repair, replacement, or return, Vatrer will cover the shipping cost for verified defective items. However, if the item is claimed as defective by the customer but is found to be fully functional after inspection by our technicians, a shipping and restocking fee will apply.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover any Battery subjected to the following conditions:
  • This Limited Warranty does not cover any Battery subjected to the following conditions. Furthermore, this Limited Warranty applies only to the original owner/purchaser and is non‑transferable to any subsequent or second‑hand users.
  • This Limited Warranty shall not apply if the purchaser fails to provide a valid original order number, proof of purchase from an authorized/legitimate sales channel, or other evidence confirming that the product was obtained through regular commercial channels.
  • The following specific conditions are also excluded from warranty coverage:
  • Damage due to being unsecured or insufficiently secured
  • Improper installation, use, maintenance, or service
  • Loose battery terminal connections
  • More than 4 batteries connected in series (above 48V)
  • Reverse polarity connections
  • Exposure to temperatures below -40°F, fire, water submersion, and/or storing the Battery in a completely discharged state
  • Damage caused by impact, accident, collision, or drop
  • Use with other third-party product(s) which fail
  • High resistance as a result of corroded terminals, poor crimps, or insufficient cable size
  • Battery that has been opened, modified, or tampered with in any way
  • Battery that has not been charged for over 1 year (batteries need to be charged periodically to maintain Battery cell health)
  • Battery that has been used in a commercial application where it is cycled to more than 80% depth of discharge repeatedly within 24‑hour periods
  • Special Note:
    The exclusions regarding "failure to provide valid proof of purchase" and "non‑transferability to subsequent users" are intended to protect products sourced through legitimate channels and to prevent warranty claims for products obtained from irregular sources (including but not limited to unidentified, stolen, or illegally acquired products). For second‑hand users, please obtain relevant purchase information from the original buyer; however, warranty rights do not transfer with the product.
These warranty terms ensure that customers can enjoy the high-quality performance and reliability of our products, while also providing clear, long-term support to ensure your equipment performs optimally at critical times.
