Upgrade From Lead Acid With Less Hassle
The Vatrer 48V 105Ah lithium golf cart battery replaces a traditional six-battery lead-acid setup with one compact LiFePO4 power system. You get less wiring, about 50% less battery weight, and no routine lead-acid maintenance. For an aging golf cart, it is a cleaner way to regain dependable power without rebuilding the same heavy battery bank.

Go Up to 50 Miles on a Charge
With 105Ah capacity and 5.376kWh of energy, this 48V lithium golf cart battery delivers up to 50 miles of range per charge. That gives you more freedom for golf rounds, neighborhood driving, property use, and longer days on the cart without constantly planning around the next recharge. Actual range may vary with terrain, speed, load, and driving conditions.

Get the Power You Need on Hills
Hills, extra passengers, and acceleration can demand far more current than easy cruising. A 200A smart BMS supports strong output, while 400A peak current and up to 600A surge capability help the battery respond during demanding moments. With up to 10.24kW of power, this 48V golf cart lithium battery is built for drivers who want confident performance beyond flat, low-load routes.

Convert to Lithium Without Piecing It Together
A lithium upgrade is easier when the essential components arrive as one system. This Vatrer golf cart lithium battery conversion kit includes the LiFePO4 battery, matched charger, LCD monitor, connection accessories, cables and terminal covers, etc. You spend less time sourcing separate parts and more time getting your cart ready for lithium power.

Clear Up Your Battery Compartment
One 102.5 lb battery takes the place of the multi-battery layout used in a traditional lead-acid system. The compact design reduces battery count and simplifies the space under your seat. The result is a cleaner 48V golf cart battery installation with fewer individual connections to manage.

Check Battery Status at a Glance
Before heading out, you can see what your battery is doing instead of estimating from feel. The included LCD display and Vatrer Bluetooth app let you monitor state of charge, voltage, current, temperature, and cycle information. Whether you prefer checking the dash or your phone, your lithium golf cart battery keeps important operating data within easy reach.

Let the Smart BMS Handle Protection
Built-in protection works continuously while you drive and charge. The 200A smart BMS helps protect against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, high temperature, and low temperature conditions. That added control matters when choosing a 48 volt lithium battery for golf cart use, especially when your cart sees changing loads and operating environments.

Protect the Battery When Temperatures Drop
Cold-weather charging requires more care with LiFePO4 chemistry. The battery stops charging below 32°F and allows charging again once temperature reaches 41°F or above. Discharge protection is also provided below 4°F. If your cart spends colder months in an unheated garage or storage area, these temperature safeguards help protect the battery automatically.

Recharge With the Right Charger Included
The included 58.4V 20A LiFePO4 charger is matched to the battery system, so you do not have to rely on a charger intended for your old lead-acid bank. Just connect the dedicated lithium charger after your ride and prepare the cart for the next trip with a charging solution designed for this battery chemistry.

Fits the 48V Carts You Already Drive
Built for 48V Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, ICON, etc. golf carts, this 48V lithium golf cart battery gives you a straightforward path from lead acid to lithium. Its compact single-battery design simplifies the battery compartment, while the matched charger, LCD monitor, Bluetooth monitoring, and conversion accessories help make the upgrade cleaner and easier from the start.

Make Your Battery Upgrade Count
An aging lead-acid system will not improve with another round of maintenance. Vatrer gives you a more complete upgrade by combining LiFePO4 power, matched charging, real-time battery monitoring, smart protection, and the key conversion components in one package. Choose the Vatrer 48V 105Ah lithium golf cart battery now and move your cart to a simpler, more capable lithium power system.

FAQs
Our 48V 105Ah lithium battery stores 5.376kWh of energy and can deliver up to 50 miles per charge. Actual range changes with terrain, passenger weight, tire size, driving speed, temperature, and accessory use, so we recommend checking the remaining SOC on the LCD display or Vatrer app before a longer route.
With our included 58.4V 20A LiFePO4 charger, the battery can recharge from 0% to 100% in approximately five hours. If charging does not begin, we recommend confirming that the CHG function is on, the connections are secure, the battery is warm enough to accept a charge, and the dedicated lithium battery charger is being used.
We recommend recharging when SOC reaches around 20%–30%; you do not need to drain the battery to 0% first. Partial charging works well for shorter daily trips, while charging to 100% gives you more range before a full day on the course or around the neighborhood.
Our BMS automatically stops charging when the battery temperature falls below 32°F and allows charging to resume after it rises above 41°F. Move the cart into a warmer garage or enclosed space and allow the battery to warm naturally before reconnecting the charger; do not bypass the low-temperature protection to force a charge.
Our battery can discharge at temperatures down to -4°F, but the BMS stops discharge below that point to protect the cells. Cold weather can also temporarily reduce available range, so we recommend starting with a higher SOC, storing the cart indoors when possible, and leaving additional range margin for winter trips.
A shutdown during a steep climb or hard acceleration may mean the BMS detected excessive current, low voltage, or high temperature and temporarily cut output to protect the battery. Stop safely, release the accelerator, turn off unnecessary accessories, let the battery recover, and check SOC, current, temperature, and fault information on the LCD display or Vatrer app; contact Vatrer support if the same protection event keeps returning.
An overnight charge is practical because the included charger normally completes a full 0%–100% cycle in about five hours. We recommend disconnecting the charger after the normal charging cycle rather than leaving the battery on continuous float charge for days or weeks, especially when the cart will not be used.
For off-season storage, we recommend keeping the battery at approximately 40%–60% SOC, turning off the main power, and disconnecting accessories or other parasitic loads. Check the battery every two to three months, recharge it before SOC falls below 30%, and choose a dry location around 50°F–77°F when available.
Our battery carries an IP67 rating, which adds protection against dust and temporary water exposure, but the battery system should not be treated as suitable for prolonged submersion or pressure washing. Keep the charger and electrical connections dry, and if water enters the battery compartment, turn the system off and allow the terminals and cables to dry completely before charging or driving again.
Our single-battery LiFePO4 system requires no water refilling or acid cleanup. We still recommend occasionally checking terminal tightness, mounting brackets, cable wear, compartment cleanliness, and battery status through the LCD display or Vatrer app so small connection or temperature issues can be handled before they interrupt a ride.
