Make Your 36V Lithium Conversion Simpler
When your old lead-acid battery bank starts losing range, you do not need another multi-battery setup to maintain. The Vatrer 36V 100Ah lithium battery gives your 36V golf cart or electric vehicle a single LiFePO4 battery and includes a dedicated 43.8V 25A charger. For a 36V lithium golf cart battery conversion kit, the 100Ah setup keeps the battery and charging solution together instead of making you source the charger separately.

Keep Strong Power Ready for Hills and Heavy Loads
A full cart, steep grade, or quick start can demand far more current than steady cruising. This 36V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery supports 200A continuous discharge and up to 600A for 3 seconds when short bursts are needed. That current headroom supports acceleration, hills, passengers, and utility use.

Go Farther Between Charges with 3.84kWh of Usable Energy
A long afternoon on the course or repeated trips around a community is easier when you are not planning each drive around the next recharge. With 3.84kWh of usable energy, this 36V 100Ah lithium golf cart battery can deliver up to 50 miles of range on a full charge under suitable driving conditions.

Built-In Protection Handles Everyday Electrical Risks
The built-in BMS manages overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature-related protection while you drive and charge. In cold weather, charging is cut off below 32°F and resumes once the battery temperature rises above 41°F.

Know Your Battery Status Before You Head Out
Before you leave, check remaining charge on the onboard LCD instead of judging it by how the cart feels under load. The Bluetooth app lets you view SOC, voltage, current, power, and cell data from your phone, while the LCD provides three pages of battery information at the vehicle.

4000 Plus Deep Cycles Reduce Repeat Battery Replacements
Instead of maintaining and eventually replacing a multi-battery lead-acid bank, you get a LiFePO4 battery for more than 4,000 deep cycles. It also eliminates routine watering and acid-corrosion cleanup, reducing the maintenance that comes with flooded lead-acid batteries.

Built to Be Easier to Handle and Control
When you install or service the battery, integrated top handles give you practical lifting points. The onboard power control keeps ON/OFF operation directly on the battery housing.

Put Your 36V Vehicle on a Simpler Lithium Setup
Choose Vatrer when you want the battery, dedicated charger, and monitoring solution in one coordinated 36V setup rather than sourcing them separately. Order your Vatrer 36V 100Ah lithium battery and move your next ride to a cleaner, easier-to-manage lithium power setup.

FAQs
Our 36V 100Ah lithium battery supports 36V golf carts including Club Car DS, Tempo and Precedent, EZGO TXT, RXV and 2Five, Yamaha Drive2 and G-Series, ICON i-Series before 2021, STAR Classic, GEM E-Series, and other compatible 36V electric vehicles. The battery measures 16.73 × 11.50 × 9.61 inches, giving you a clear enclosure size for installation planning.
A LiFePO4 cell has a nominal voltage of about 3.2V, and this battery uses 12 cells in series for a nominal voltage of 38.4V. That is the normal LiFePO4 configuration for a 36V system, so the 38.4V rating does not mean you need a 48V vehicle.
Yes. In a 36V golf cart that originally uses six 6V lead-acid batteries in series, our single 36V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery replaces the traction battery bank with one integrated battery. This removes the multiple series connections and routine watering associated with a flooded lead-acid bank.
No. If your cart already uses a 36V system, this battery lets you move to LiFePO4 while keeping the vehicle at 36V. A 48V conversion is a separate performance modification that can involve changes to the controller, solenoid, charger, wiring, and sometimes the motor; none of that is required simply to replace a 36V lead-acid battery bank with this battery.
No. We include a 43.8V 25A LiFePO4 charger matched to this battery, so the old lead-acid charger should be removed from the charging setup. Using the supplied charger gives the battery the charging profile and voltage it is designed to receive.
Run lights, horns, stereos, USB ports, and other 12V accessories through a 36V-to-12V DC-DC converter. Do not tap part of the lithium battery to obtain 12V. The converter is a separate accessory from the standard battery package and provides the correct 12V supply without creating an imbalance inside the battery.
Our 200A BMS handles normal regenerative current from stock and lightly modified 36V controllers. With a high-performance aftermarket controller, keep regenerative voltage and current settings within the battery's operating limits rather than running aggressive maximum-regen settings that can trigger BMS protection.
No. This 36V 100Ah lithium battery is designed to operate as an independent battery and is not intended for series or parallel connection with additional units. If you need more runtime, use a higher-capacity 36V battery rather than paralleling multiple 100Ah batteries; if you need a higher system voltage, use a battery designed for that vehicle voltage.
The BMS stops charging when battery temperature is 32°F or lower. Move the cart or battery into a warmer environment and allow the battery temperature to rise above 41°F; charging can then resume normally. This model uses low-temperature charging protection and does not contain a self-heating system, so avoid direct flames or uncontrolled external heat sources when warming the battery.
Store the battery at roughly 40–60% SOC in a cool, dry location and switch off or disconnect loads that could slowly drain it. For storage longer than one month, keep the battery between 32°F and 95°F and check SOC every few months using the LCD or Bluetooth app. If it needs charging after cold storage, allow the battery temperature to rise above 41°F before connecting the charger.
