Make Tight Battery Space Work for You
Battery width can be the difference between a clean lithium upgrade and a crowded battery bay. At just 9.76 inches wide, this narrow lithium golf cart battery uses a slim 22.01 × 9.76 × 10 inch footprint to fit tighter compartments while still delivering full 105Ah capacity.

Turn a Multi-Battery Bank Into One Clean 48V Setup
Replace multiple lead-acid batteries, series connections, and extra cabling with one 48V battery. This lithium golf cart battery conversion kit also includes a matched 58.4V 18A charger, LCD display, and mounting bracket, giving you the core components for a cleaner, simpler lithium setup.

Feel the Difference When the Load Goes Up
Starting from a stop, climbing hills, and carrying passengers all demand higher current than steady cruising. The built-in 200A BMS supports up to 10.24kW continuous load power, giving this 48V lithium golf cart battery the output needed for confident acceleration and demanding everyday driving.

Carry Enough Energy for the Day
A 105Ah capacity gives you enough energy for golf rounds, neighborhood cruising, community transportation, and longer days on the cart. This 48V 105Ah lithium golf cart battery delivers up to 50 miles per charge, helping reduce charging stops while giving you more usable driving time between plug-ins.

Plug In and Get Ready for the Next Drive
The included 58.4V 18A charger is matched to the battery, so there is no need to source a separate lithium charger after your conversion. Simply plug in when needed and recharge with a dedicated charging solution designed for this battery.

See Your Battery Status Without Guessing
The mounted LCD display gives you quick access to battery status from the cart, while Bluetooth monitoring lets you check details from your phone. View SOC, voltage, current, temperature, and operating status so you know how much energy remains and how the battery is performing.

Let the BMS Handle Protection in the Background
The built-in BMS automatically manages overcurrent, overcharge, over-discharge, short circuits, and temperature-related conditions during driving and charging. An IP67 protection rating adds resistance against dust and water exposure, giving this 48V LiFePO4 golf cart battery added protection for changing outdoor conditions.

Leave Lead-Acid Maintenance Behind
Flooded lead-acid batteries require water checks, connection maintenance, corrosion cleanup, and repeated battery replacement. This LiFePO4 battery requires no daily battery maintenance and is rated for 4000+ deep cycles, reducing routine upkeep while supporting years of repeated golf cart use.

FAQs
Yes. We designed this narrow lithium golf cart battery for 48V systems used in Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, and other 48V golf carts. Its 9.76-inch narrow width is especially useful in long or tight battery compartments where wider 105Ah batteries take up more lateral space.
If your cart also powers lights, a horn, USB ports, or other 12V accessories, those accessories should run through the cart’s existing 48V-to-12V converter or a dedicated converter after the lithium upgrade.
Use the included 58.4V 18A LiFePO4 battery charger instead of the charger from your old lead-acid battery. We match this charger to the battery’s charging requirements, so the correct charging solution is already included with your conversion setup.
After switching to lithium, use the dedicated LiFePO4 battery charger rather than the charging profile designed for your previous lead-acid batteries.
When the battery temperature drops below 23°F, the BMS stops charging to protect the battery cells. Charging automatically becomes available again once the battery warms above 32°F.
Move the cart into a garage or another enclosed space above freezing and let the battery warm naturally before charging. In areas with frequent freezing temperatures, keeping your charging location above 32°F is the simplest way to maintain normal winter charging.
Yes. This 48V LiFePO4 golf cart battery can continue supplying power in cold weather until low-temperature discharge protection activates below -4°F.
Cold temperatures can temporarily reduce available range, so begin winter trips with a higher SOC and leave more reserve than you normally would in warm weather. After driving in freezing conditions, let the battery warm above freezing before starting the next charge.
Turn the battery off, disconnect loads that could create a slow parasitic drain, and store the cart or battery in a dry, protected location. For extended storage, keep the SOC above 30% and check it at least once every three months, recharging when necessary.
Avoid leaving the battery deeply discharged for an entire season. The LCD display or Bluetooth app makes periodic SOC checks quick and easy.
This 48V 105Ah lithium golf cart battery can provide up to 50 miles per charge. Repeated climbing uses more energy than driving on flat ground, while passenger weight, larger tires, higher speeds, accessories, and frequent acceleration can also reduce total driving distance.
On hilly routes or with a full passenger load, use the LCD or Bluetooth SOC reading to manage your remaining range. Keeping a comfortable energy reserve before a longer return trip gives you more flexibility throughout the day.
The 200A continuous BMS is designed to support the higher current demand created by acceleration, hills, and passenger loads. It also supports short-duration higher current when the cart needs extra power during demanding moments.
If you have a heavily modified golf cart with a motor and controller setup that requires more than 200A of continuous battery output, the Vatrer 48V 105Ah UTV lithium battery with 300A BMS is the better choice for the higher continuous-current demand.
If your cart already uses a 48V-to-12V converter for headlights, turn signals, a horn, radio, or USB ports, you can continue powering those accessories through the converter.
If your old lead-acid setup powered 12V accessories by tapping only part of the multi-battery bank, add a 48V-to-12V converter when completing the lithium conversion. Do not connect 12V accessories directly to the full 48V lithium battery output.
You do not need to discharge LiFePO4 to 0% before charging. For everyday driving, recharging around 20%–30% SOC leaves a useful reserve and keeps the battery from sitting deeply discharged.
Charge to full before a long golf day, extended neighborhood drive, or other trip where you want maximum available range. Once charging is complete, you can disconnect the charger instead of maintaining the continuous trickle-charging routine commonly associated with flooded lead-acid batteries.
Yes. The IP67-rated enclosure helps protect the battery against dust and water exposure encountered during normal outdoor golf cart use, including wet roads, splashes, and rainy conditions.
Keep terminals and external electrical connections properly secured, avoid directing high-pressure water at connectors, and do not intentionally submerge the battery.
