Upgrade Your 48V Golf Cart Power
We built the Vatrer 48V 105Ah lithium golf cart battery for drivers who want more than a basic lead-acid replacement. With 5.376kWh of LiFePO4 energy, steady voltage, and high-current output, it gives your cart smoother acceleration and more consistent power for golf rounds, neighborhood transportation, property work, and everyday driving.

Drive Up to 50 Miles
This 48V 105Ah lithium battery can deliver up to 50 miles of range on a full charge, giving you more time on the road and fewer stops at the charger. Whether you are finishing 18 holes, making multiple trips through your community, or running a full resort route, the 105Ah capacity helps keep your day moving without the early power fade common with aging lead-acid batteries.
Take On Hills with 10.24kW
Grade A LiFePO4 cells and a 200A smart BMS provide up to 10.24kW of continuous output for stronger starts, steadier hill climbing, and better performance under load. The battery also delivers 400A and 600A, giving you the extra power needed when carrying passengers, accelerating from a stop, or climbing steep community roads.

Get a Complete Lithium Conversion Kit
Vatrer includes the battery, a 58.4V 20A lithium battery charger, a 2.8-inch LCD display, mounting brackets, and connection accessories, giving you a coordinated 48V golf cart battery conversion kit designed to simplify the move from lead-acid to lithium power.

Cut Weight and Battery Clutter
At 102.5 lbs, the battery is nearly 50% lighter than many comparable lead-acid battery banks. Its single-battery layout replaces multiple heavy batteries, jumper cables, and crowded terminals with one compact 19.69 × 12.52 × 9.61-inch power system, helping your cart feel lighter while making the battery compartment cleaner and easier to maintain.

Upgrade Club Car EZGO Yamaha and ICON Carts
This lithium power system is built for compatible 48V carts from major brands, giving drivers a practical Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, or ICON lithium battery upgrade. The stable output supports smoother daily driving across golf courses, gated communities, campgrounds, resorts, farms, and other places where dependable electric transportation matters.

Check Battery Status Two Ways
You should know how much power remains before starting a long ride, not after the cart begins slowing down. The included 2.8-inch LCD display and Vatrer app let you monitor state of charge, voltage, current, temperature, and cycle data in real time, so you can check battery status from the cart or your phone without relying on a basic voltage gauge.

Ride with Smart BMS Protection
The built-in 200A smart BMS continuously manages the battery while you drive, charge, and store your cart. It helps protect the system against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuits, high temperatures, and low temperatures, allowing the Vatrer 48V 105Ah lithium golf cart battery to deliver strong output without giving up the protection needed for daily use.

Stay Protected in Cold Weather
In cold garages, barns, sheds, and seasonal communities, charging automatically stops below 32°F and resumes when the battery temperature rises above 41°F, while discharge protection activates below -4°F, helping protect the LiFePO4 cells when your cart is used or stored through colder months.

Recharge in About Five Hours
The included 58.4V 20A LiFePO4 charger can recharge the battery from 0% to 100% in approximately five hours. Plug your cart in after the final ride of the day and have it ready again by morning, whether you operate one personal cart or manage golf course vehicles or community transportation.

Choose Long-Term Vatrer Lithium Batteries
Designed for 4000+ cycles, 80%-100% depth of discharge, and a typical service life of 8-10 years, this 48V 105Ah lithium battery delivers lasting value without water refilling, acid cleanup, or frequent battery-bank replacement. Upgrade with Vatrer today and give your golf cart the range and performance it should have had all along.

FAQs
Our 48V 105Ah lithium battery stores 5.376kWh of energy and can deliver up to 50 miles per charge. Actual range changes with terrain, passenger weight, tire size, driving speed, temperature, and accessory use, so we recommend checking the remaining SOC on the LCD display or Vatrer app before a longer route.
With our included 58.4V 20A LiFePO4 charger, the battery can recharge from 0% to 100% in approximately five hours. If charging does not begin, we recommend confirming that the CHG function is on, the connections are secure, the battery is warm enough to accept a charge, and the dedicated lithium battery charger is being used.
We recommend recharging when SOC reaches around 20%–30%; you do not need to drain the battery to 0% first. Partial charging works well for shorter daily trips, while charging to 100% gives you more range before a full day on the course or around the neighborhood.
Our BMS automatically stops charging when the battery temperature falls below 32°F and allows charging to resume after it rises above 41°F. Move the cart into a warmer garage or enclosed space and allow the battery to warm naturally before reconnecting the charger; do not bypass the low-temperature protection to force a charge.
Our battery can discharge at temperatures down to -4°F, but the BMS stops discharge below that point to protect the cells. Cold weather can also temporarily reduce available range, so we recommend starting with a higher SOC, storing the cart indoors when possible, and leaving additional range margin for winter trips.
A shutdown during a steep climb or hard acceleration may mean the BMS detected excessive current, low voltage, or high temperature and temporarily cut output to protect the battery. Stop safely, release the accelerator, turn off unnecessary accessories, let the battery recover, and check SOC, current, temperature, and fault information on the LCD display or Vatrer app; contact Vatrer support if the same protection event keeps returning.
An overnight charge is practical because the included charger normally completes a full 0%–100% cycle in about five hours. We recommend disconnecting the charger after the normal charging cycle rather than leaving the battery on continuous float charge for days or weeks, especially when the cart will not be used.
For off-season storage, we recommend keeping the battery at approximately 40%–60% SOC, turning off the main power, and disconnecting accessories or other parasitic loads. Check the battery every two to three months, recharge it before SOC falls below 30%, and choose a dry location around 50°F–77°F when available.
Our battery carries an IP67 rating, which adds protection against dust and temporary water exposure, but the battery system should not be treated as suitable for prolonged submersion or pressure washing. Keep the charger and electrical connections dry, and if water enters the battery compartment, turn the system off and allow the terminals and cables to dry completely before charging or driving again.
Our single-battery LiFePO4 system requires no water refilling or acid cleanup. We still recommend occasionally checking terminal tightness, mounting brackets, cable wear, compartment cleanliness, and battery status through the LCD display or Vatrer app so small connection or temperature issues can be handled before they interrupt a ride.
