Everything about the service in the battery was great. I love the free shipping here. I called the company when I wrongly ordered the wrong size and it was corrected right away. The only problem is when I called a woman told me I would need a voltage converter, after installing the battery, battery was great. I love the free shipping here. I called the company when I wrongly ordered the wrong size and it was corrected right away. The only problem is when I called your representative told me I would need a voltage converter, after installing the battery I realize I did not need this so I returned it but I was charged the shipping for the return. I would not have bought it, but it was recommended by your representative, I felt the shipping should’ve been on you.

The cost to return the battery was fine. I was hoping to have no cost, but $25 was reasonable.
